|Cardio Kickboxing is a power-packed cardiovascular workout infused with intense kickboxing moves and performed to high-energy and motivating music! Each full body workout consists of a warm up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow punching and kickboxing combinations, kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training, and a cool down designed to maximize results and have fun at the same time!|
All fitness levels welcome.
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
Non-Members: $10 per class
