IT’S BACK! Come join us in our revamped H.I.I.T. class!

H.I.I.T. is a total body, aerobic and strength conditioning interval-based workout. The class format includes intervals of high intensity exercises, followed by recovery intervals of light to moderate intensity exercises, allowing you to work at a higher intensity for a given period of time to improve endurance, power, strength, balance and agility.

Free for Fitness Members
Non-Members: $10 per class, or $35 for a 5-Class Punch Card
