|Pilates consists of a combination of exercise based on the concepts of Joseph Pilates. This workout includes a series of mat exercises that will increase your flexibility, strengthen muscular endurance. Special emphasis is placed on strengthening the body's core (the abdominal, lower back, and hip musculature). Pilates improves your posture, coordination, and circulation as well as your mental and physical well-being.|
