Strength Training class combines cardiovascular drills with strength-training exercises to provide you will a total body workout! This class focuses on functional training with the goal of strengthening your core muscles with exercise that will assist you with everyday movements. Strength Class will increase your muscular strength & endurance, as well as improve your balance & coordination! Various pieces of equipment are utilized, including free weights, stability balls, medicine balls & resistance bands. This call can be modified for all levels.

Cost:
Members: Free
Non-Members: $10 per class, or $35 for 5-Class Punch Card
