Office Manager

Position: Office Manager (Part Time - 30 hrs. wk)

 

Brief Description of organization: The Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club is a community-based not for profit, which provides youth and adult life-enhancing programs.  Our programs focus on promoting healthy lifestyles, academic success, and developing strong character and leadership skills. 

Responsibilities: The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of administrative tasks including but not limited to mail distribution, human resource and benefits administration, backup for the membership desk, maintain office supplies/equipment, coordinate office mailings.

Requirements:

  • HS diploma required/Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of three years of progressively responsible work experience as administrative assistant or project coordinator.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written with strong organization and analytical skills.
  • Ability to utilize telephone contact with vendors and families in a professional manner and communicate clearly the position of the Club, as directed.
  • Ability to interact professionally with supervisor, Club staff, Board members, volunteers, and

 

Salary: $15 per hour, negotiable
