Summer Program 2020

School Age Summer Fun Program
July 13 - August 28

Department of Early Education and Care licensed childcare program. A variety of social, educational, physical and fun activities will be planned.

8:15 AM - 4:45 PM. Drop off and pick up times will be staggered

6-13. Five year olds may participate if they have completed Kindergarten

Arts & crafts, STEM, computers/technology, theme days, virtual field trips, Playground, gym, fields, splash pad, gameroom, and Beam interactive gaming. The pool is not currently open, but if it opens in the summer we will add swimming to the daily schedule.

$175 per week, plus one time registration fee of $25

  • Priority registration will be given to those children registering for 4 weeks or more
  • Priority registration (4 weeks or more) will take place June 23 -26
  • Registration for children attending 3 weeks or fewer will start on June 27

Those registering for 4 weeks or more during priority registration have a choice of paying a 20% deposit ($35) per week or paying in full.  Auto-debit payments will be required to complete any additional payments.

  • Those registering for 3 weeks or fewer must pay in full at the time of registration
  • If you have a credit on your account from the 2019-2020 Before School or After School program, please contact Katie Mitus so we can apply it to the remainder of your payment or provide a reimbursement. A deposit is still required to reserve your spot, even if you have a credit.

Summer Credit Policy:
If your needs change or if your child is absent causing you to forfeit your child’s spot, any payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.  In the event that the Club decides or is mandated to close by local health authorities due to COVID-19, the Club will issue a credit that can be used towards future services.


Our summer programming is licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC). In addition to completing the online registration form, you will need to provide the following in order for your child to attend the program:

  • CURRENT immunization records for your attending child
  • Voided check/bank letter and form to set up auto-debit, if applicable

Required forms must be emailed or faxed to Katie Mitus one week prior to your child's first day at the program.

Drop off:    
Children must be dropped off by a parent or guardian. 
We request that the same parent/guardian drop off every day.
Drop off will take place outside of the building
Parents will choose a drop off time:

  • 8:15 AM - 8:45 AM or
  • 8:45 AM - 9:15 AM

Children will have a health screening (visual & verbal) before entering the building
Parents must sign an attestation that their child is symptom and fever free

Pick up:    
We ask that the same parent/guardian pick up every day. No child may walk home from the program.
Pick up will take place outside of the building.
Parents will choose a pick up time

  • 3:45 PM - 4:15 PM or
  • 4:15 PM - 4:45 PM

What to bring:    
Children should bring:

  • lunch, snacks, and enough water for the whole day
  • bathing suit & towel, water shoes or flip flops
  • clean change of clothing
  • Sunscreen
  • At least 2 masks or face coverings
  • Everything should have their name on in
  • Everything needs to fit inside of a backpack

Safety guidelines:  
New health & safety guidelines are in place to protect staff and campers

  • Masks are encouraged whenever 6 feet of physical distancing is not possible
  • The program will be designed to promote physical distancing
  • Groups will be limited to 10 children and 1 staff member
  • Groups will not mix throughout the day
  • Parents and outside visitors will not be permitted inside of the building
  • Children and staff will not be able to attend if they are sick
  • Increased cleaning and sanitizing will take place multiple times per day
  • A detailed COVID-Care plan is available and must be signed/returned to the Club

Those families who had a current New England Childcare Voucher when we closed in March should email Katie Mitus or Sheri Santos to set up registration.
