Program Cancellation Policy:

  • We understand that circumstances may arise when a participant may need to cancel their registration. In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellation must be requested in writing (letter or email) at least two weeks prior to the start of the program/event. Late cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds are provided in the form of account credit.
  • If the Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club cancels or reschedules a program and registrant(s) are therefore unable to attend, a refund will be provided for those registrants.
  • Successful registration is dependent on all household accounts being in good standing with the Club. If there is an outstanding balance or matter related to your account, your registration may not be valid. Please contact the Club’s Finance department with any questions or concerns.

High School Game Night

Join us for an evening of tabletop or video games. We have a selection of board and video games old and new for you to play. So stop in and learn to play a new game, or hone your skills at an old one. You can also bring your own board game to play too.

*Parent waiver is required
