Adult Open Gym
The Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club will be offering adults the opportunity to use the gymnasium in an open gym setting.

Total Fitness
Our Total Fitness class focuses on a total body workout. The goal of each session is to target every muscle group within the allotted time frame. The areas of focus will be upper body (back, chest, shoulders), lower body, arms, and core. Classes are designed to be moderate-to-high intensity based on each individual participant. The Total Fitness class will provide all members with a fun, challenging, and unique workout experience. Full body exercise is great for those looking to improve cardiovascular health and recovery time, maximize muscle contraction, reduce burnout, and save time at the gym.

Functional Movement Class
Functional fitness is exercise that supports your everyday life. Our bodies were designed to have all of our muscles work together and support each other to accomplish certain movements and everyday tasks. These movements include walking, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lunging, and core. Our functional movement class can provide many benefits such as increasing mobility, improving balance and posture, reducing risk of injury, creating greater muscle memory, and improving everyday life overall.

Pickleball
Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong using a paddle and plastic ball with holes. It is a game that is appropriate for players of all ages and skill levels. Come check it out!
Please note that pickleball sessions do not require prior registration and the Club is not responsible for providing adequate attendance for 2v2 games.

Qi Gong
Qi Gong, rooted in Chinese medicine, is a gentle form of fitness that packs a serious health-promoting punch. With benefits that include better balance, enhanced immunity, and improved cognition, it is popular among seniors but suited for all ages and fitness levels. Not all of the moves require strength and yet, when people practice Qi Gong, they gain strength.
