Job Description:
I am responsible for overseeing the operation for this growing community center serving nearly 2,000 youth and adult members. In my role, I provide leadership, direction, and support to the Board of Directors in developing organizational goals, attaining/allocating resources, and establishing policies for this 1.7 million dollar organization.

About Me:
I have been employed by the Club for 16 years. Originally at the “old club” on Chestnut Street, I started out as a membership clerk in April 2000. After moving into our current facility in 2002, I became Membership Director. In 2013 I added to my responsibilities and accepted the position of Marketing Coordinator. Awarded the Ludlow Boys & Girls Club Service To Youth Award in 2011, also awarded the Boys & Girls Clubs of America's Service to Youth Award in October 2016.

In 6th grade, I went roller skating on Friday nights at the “old Club.”

Job Description:
As the Membership Director, my main responsibilities include: supervision of the membership staff, ensuring Membership policies and procedures are followed such as: registration, receiving payments, answering calls, data entry, school-age childcare and preschool attendance, customer service, and security.
As the Marketing Coordinator, I am responsible for the following: development, design and maintenance of our website, mass email distribution, social media, and development of publications and forms (flyers, brochures, etc).

Fun Fact:
I am a HUGE science nerd.

About Me:
I have worked for the club for a 18 years total. Two and a half years as Part-time in youth programs (AS/BS/Camp/Preschool/Athletics/Swim). One year as Assistant Program Director. Nine years as Assistant School Age Director. Now, five and a half years as the School Age Childcare Director.
 
Job Description:
I’m responsible for managing, planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating the EEC licensed school-age childcare programs. I oversee the operations of our Before and After School, Vacation and Special Days and Summer Camp Programs. I provide safe, fun, educational, and reliable licensed childcare to many families in our community. I provide positive guidance and discipline to the many children in our programs.
 
Fun Fact:
I'm 3rd generation in my family to be member of the Club: my Grandmother, Mother, myself, and my two sisters. Attended the After School Program as a child. Played basketball, took swim lessons, and attended dances and the Rag Shag Parade.

About Me:
I am an alum of the Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club participating in sewing and cooking classes with my sister. In high school I attended many dances at the Club and participated in many events with my friends. Prior to my employment at the Club, I served on the Board of Directors of the Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club for 10 years.

I was hired part-time in July 1998 as Capital Campaign Co-coordinator to work with DNS Associates Consultants for the building campaign for the new Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club. In that capacity I worked on solicitations of the board of directors, corporators, businesses, corporations, public solicitation and grants for the building Capital Campaign. I was hired Full-time as Director of Development in July 19, 1999 where my responsibilities included working closely with the President/CEO and board of directors in all fundraising activities and grant writing.


Job Description:
I am currently working as the Clubs’ grant writer in a part time capacity. My primary responsibility involves submitting grant proposals to foundations and corporate sources to generate program, operating, and general support for the Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club. I work closely with department heads and professional staff to research program needs and funding opportunities.

Fun Fact:
I love, love, love, spending time during the winter down south in the warm weather, Florida, or the Carolinas. Spending time with family and friends, gardening and reading are the most fun and relaxing!

I would attend the Middle School Dances at the Ludlow Boys and Girls Club on Chestnut Street in Ludlow in 6th, and 7th, and 8th.
 
Job Description:
I direct/manage overall daily operations of the facility with the primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, community relations, and membership administration.
I provide leadership in establishing activities and services that prepare youth for success and that creates a club environment that facilitates achievement of Youth Development Outcomes.
 
Fun Fact:
I enjoy dance fitness and have taken dance for 10 years (jazz, hip-hop, ballet, modern, lyrical).

About Me:
I have worked for the Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club since 1996. From 1996 to 2000 I worked as The Program Director overseeing many of the youth athletic and aquatics programs. I became The School Age Childcare Director in 2000 and oversaw The Before-School, After-School, and Summer Camp programs. In 2011 I took on my current position as Director of Program Development. I have Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Providence College and Master of Education Degree from The University of Massachusetts.

Job Description:
In my current position I oversee the administration of The School Age Childcare Programs as well as Community and Special Events. I also work in collaboration with all programs to implement and conduct Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s programs and activities that are impactful in three priority areas: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Character and Citizenship.

Fun Fact:
I was the coach of The Ludlow Sea Lions Swim Team in 1996, the first year they were a part of The Pioneer Valley Swim League.

I have worked in Non-Profit finance and accounting for 10+ years. I started at the Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club in March 2014 with a temporary position and happily moved to permanent full time in July 2014.

I have worked at the Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club for 13 years.
I started as Membership Clerk and then Membership Director, and now combination Membership Director/HR Assistant. Awarded the Service To Youth Award in 2011.

Job Description:
The Membership Director side of my position consists of overseeing the membership staff, managing memberships, and the database along with gathering data and analyzing various reports. My HR Assistant position is a combination of various tasks which include: processing payroll weekly, maintaining timecards and staff files, and assisting Admin staff when needed.

Fun Fact:
Gardening is a great stress reliever for me!

I have been with the Club for 17 years.

Job Description:
As the Before School Site Coordinator, I am responsible for the supervision and the overall operations of the program. I am also responsible for assisting The School Age Childcare Director in providing the same supervision to the other School Age Programs: After School, Vacation days, Special days, and Summer Camp.
As Event Coordinator, I am responsible for putting together various community, family trips, and events.
 
Fun Fact:
I like to mix peanut butter and marshmallow together and eat it in a cup.

About Me:
I began working for the Club in February 2013 and have been here a little over 2 years now.

Job Description:
My main priorities lie within the aquatic department. I schedule the pool, activities, and staff. I run lessons, private lessons, aqua-size, and assist with the needs of our Recreational swim team. I am responsible for the training of staff in CPR and lifeguarding. I am involved in all other related aspects when involving the pool and facility. I am also on the Team Building Committee responsible for bringing up morale and building relationships with staff to make for a better environment. I am currently on the Teen Committee as well as responsible for introducing new and innovative ways to get teens involved in the club and participate.
 
Fun Fact:
One thing you may not know about me is I used to ride horses and love it. I am hoping to get back in the saddle someday.

About Me:
This is my first year at the Ludlow Boys and Girls Club. I received my Bachelors degree at Bridgewater State University in Physical Education. I have spent the last several years as a paraprofessional at both Chapin and East Street School as well as helping run a summer camp in Wilbraham.

Job Description:
My main responsibility is to plan and deliver sport programs and activities to youth participants by promoting, organizing, and overseeing seasonal sports leagues for all age groups and gender.

Fun Fact:
As well as playing soccer, basketball, and track and field, I excel at drawing, painting, and pogo stick jumping.

I have been working part time at the Club for 7 months now.  When I was in elementary school I attended the West Springfield Boys and Girls Club afterschool program.

About Me:
I started working at the Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys and Girls Club on August 1, 2016.  This is my first experience as an employee of the Club. However my husband and his siblings were all members of the club and have fond memories of the Mack Donnelly days. My three children all played for the Boys and Girls Club basketball teams throughout their childhood. Most recently my grandson enjoyed coming to the afterschool program and plays basketball for the Club as well.

Job Description:
In my role as Preschool Director it is my responsibility to oversee the daily operations of the preschool. This includes insuring the safety and well being of all the children enrolled, guiding the curriculum, accurate record keeping, adherence to Dept. of Early Education and Care and NAEYC regulations, providing materials and supplies and staff support.

Fun Fact:
I have a knack for telling funny stories. In fact my girl friend had a video made of me telling some of my funniest stories so she could view it while she was in labor with her first child.

About Me:
I worked in the afterschool program for a few months, and then substituted in the preschool program. I was hired full time in October 2008. This is my first experience within a Boys & Girls Club.

Job Description:
As a teacher I am responsible for the safety and education of the children. I help Michelle to implement curriculum that is enriching and fun. I was a science major in college, so I especially enjoy teaching this area of curriculum.

Fun Fact:
I love to garden and care for animals, so I work to engage our children in natural science, and they have a blast! We started a preschool garden, and I also teach embryology with all three classrooms. I also love to do crazy-fun things with the kids. Friday is “Aloha Friday” in our classroom and we do a conga line around the class!
