This unique, inclusive workshop is designed for children (ages 2-5) and their parents. Yoga poses and stories are woven together to create a unique and interactive practice for this busy age. Your child will experience the benefits of yoga as they learn postures which ask them to jump like a frog, swim like a fish, and fly like an eagle. Each workshop incorporates heart-warming stories on life, love, family and sharing as well as music, deep breathing, and relaxation to introduce young students (and their parents) to the joy of yoga.
This is a free program, sponsored by Pathways for Parents.
Please register by contacting Sarah Goodwin, Director of Operational Services at (413) 583-2072 / firstname.lastname@example.org by April 18th.
