The Club will be closing early at 5:30pm on Tuesday, December 23. The Club will be closed for the holiday break from Wednesday, December 24 to Thursday, January 1. The Club will reopen at 6 am on Friday, January 2.

H.I.I.T. is a total body, aerobic and strength conditioning interval-based workout. The class format includes intervals of high intensity exercises, followed by recovery intervals of light to moderate intensity exercises, allowing you to work at a higher intensity for a given period of time to improve endurance, power, strength, balance and agility.
