Weekday Morning Shifts Available Between 5:45am – 1:00pm
Under the guidance of the Aquatic Director, ensures the safety of members and assists with aquatic programs and pool operation. Safeguards and regulates conduct of members. The Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club is a community based not for profit, which provides youth and adult life enhancing programs. Our programs focus on promoting healthy lifestyles, academic success, and developing strong character and leadership skills. The Club is currently looking for morning lifeguards to provide a safe and nurturing environment and offer members with opportunities to learn and grow through quality programming and services within our community.
Lifeguards are responsible for maintaining the safety of our members in and around our six lane, twenty-five yard indoor swimming pool. Lifeguards are to present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, maintaining a high standard of customer service. Lifeguards maintain the safety of the members in and around the pool and may instruct adult aqua-size class and group or individual swim lessons for youth through adult. Lifeguards assist in maintaining cleanliness completing general pool cleaning and sets up the pool for various activities such as laps and classes.
• CPR & AED for the Professional Rescuer
• First Aid for the Professional Rescuer
• Lifeguard Certification
• Pervious life guarding experience preferred
• Complete a swim test
$13.00 per hour
