Heroes in Training: Youth Strength and Conditioning Program

Want to be Strong like the HULK? Fast like the Flash? Agile like Spider-Man?

We apply the use of resistance training, bodyweight movements, and agility drills to promote a safe, fun and effective way to keep you healthy and active.


Registration: March 2, 2020-March 20, 2020

Dates/Times: Tuesdays/Fridays (5 Week Session) starting March 24, 2020


Ages: 6th, 7th, & 8th Grades


Members $40

Residents: $50

Non-Residents: $60







Moving Together

What do inchworms, frogs, bears, and gorillas all have in common?  They are all names of exercises we will try in our Moving Together fitness class!  Child and Parent will have the opportunity to bond while promoting healthy habits through physical activity.  We will explore different fun movements you can buddy up and do together during class and at home.    

 AGES: Preschool & Adult

 DAYS: Sundays

 TIME: 11:30am-12:15pm

 PROGRAM SIZE: Space is limited to 10 child/adult pairs* (a minimum of 5 adult/child pairs needed to hold class)

 REGISTRATION: January 6th - 24th, 2020

 4 WEEK SESSION: Start Date January 26, 2020

 COST: $40 per pair
