Bootcamp Classes Fitness September 3 start, Tues. & Fri. 5:45 - 6:15 pm   Our new fitness specialist, Laura Ferguson is excited to meet you!
Pooligans Aquatics September 20- November 8, Fridays 4-5 pm Aug. 29-Sept. 13 Pooligans is a new and exciting program
developed for intermediate swimmers ages 9-14, with a focus on having fun in the water.
Participants will learn pool games and skills like, Water
polo, Water Quidditch, crazy relay races, Aqua Zumba,
Volleyball and synchronized swimming to name a few. Skills taught such as sculling, changing direction in the water, treading water, dribbling, passing and shooting a ball in
water, aquatic fitness, following rules, and teamwork.
Private & Semi-Private Swim Lessons Aquatics Ongoing Please contact  Vivian Wells, Aquatic Director, at the Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club for registration.  Morning & Evening hours as well as some weekend hours available.
Adult Swim Lessons Aquatics September 19-November 8 (Swim Basics Fri. 5-5:45 pm, Stroke Improvement, Thurs. 12-12:45 pm) Aug. 27 - Spet. 13

Level 1 :  Adult Swim Basics  - Learn basic swimming skills to keep yourself and others safe in and around the water.

Level 2 :  Adult Stroke Improvement  - Students will gain proficiency and skills in the six basic swimming strokes.

American Red Cross Adult Swim is intended for teens and adults who wish to improve their knowledge and skill for many reasons. It may be to overcome their fear of the water and to learn the basic skills and  achieve a minimum level of water competency to improve their skill and technique either to increase their level of safety to improve their health and fitness or to perhaps compete in triathlons or to join a masters team.

Fun Ways to Run- Youth Cross Country Athletics Wednesdays, Sept. 11 - Oct. 16, 5:45-6:45 pm Thru September 6th, 2019 Races: Sept. Sept. 20th, Sept. 27th, Oct. 18th 6:00 PM Until Last Runner Finishes 

Participants will run a 1.5 mile cross country course near the Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club facility. Parent volunteers will be needed during race days to ensure children’s safety along the course.

Open Gym Athletics  Mon., Wed. and Thursdays, 6-8 pm    Available for all members. Youth members must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
