Matching gift programs are when an employee makes a charitable donation/gift and the company matches (a portion or all of) the donation made by the employee. Another way to support the Club is through Employer-Sponsored Volunteerism. There are different forms of Employer-sponsored Volunteerism. Some employers offer paid-time off for the employee to pursue volunteer opportunities and other provides information and resources for their employees to engage in volunteerism. Employer-sponsored Volunteerism Programs are different from company to company. Ask your employer what they offer!
The Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club is a non-profit organization and relies on the generous donations of sponsors and donors. All donations large or small make an impact at the Club and matching gifts double that money, making the impact even larger. All of the programs we offer would not be possible without the support from our donors and sponsors. We want the community to share in our goal of helping as much of our youth as we can.
The Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club is a United Way Agency. If your employer participates in United Way’s Annual Campaign or Commonwealth of Massachusetts Employee Charitable Campaign, please consider using the donor designation option to have your donation directly impact the Club! Not sure if your employer offers Matching Gifts? All you have to do is ask! In fact, research shows that 65% of Fortune 500 companies offer matching gift programs.
