Functional Movement Class
Functional fitness is exercise that supports your everyday life. Our bodies were designed to have all of our muscles work together and support each other to accomplish certain movements and everyday tasks. These movements include walking, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lunging, and core. Our functional movement class can provide many benefits such as increasing mobility, improving balance and posture, reducing risk of injury, creating greater muscle memory, and improving everyday life overall.
