After School - We are currently full.  Please fill out the registration to be put on the waiting list and we will notify you when a spot becomes available.

 

Before School – We have slots available for children who attend East Street School or Baird Middle School only.  Please fill out the registration to be put on the waiting list and Sheri Santos, School Age Director will get in touch with you about completing the registration.  If your child attends Harris Brook Elementary School please fill out the registration to be put on the waiting list and we will notify you when a spot becomes available.

The Club offers licensed programs (EEC license #9013643) for both before and after school childcare for children in grades K-8. Each year, our program operates at capacity, with a waiting list. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Register as soon as possible to ensure your child's space!                                           
 
 
Registration Cost: $25 due at time of registration
Before School Cost: $50 weekly fee
After School Cost: $75 weekly fee

REQUIRED FORMS & POLICIES

Our childcare programming is licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC). In addition to completing the registration form, you will need to provide the following in order for your child to attend the program:

  • CURRENT immunization records and physical exam for your child attending on file at school
  • Transportation Form  needs to be returned to LPS to ensure your child has a seat on the bus.
