**Spots are available based on your child(rens) grade. Please fill out a waitlist form if you are interested in weeks 2, 4, 6 or 8 and someone will get back to you on the room available in their group! 

Spots are filled for the follow grades:

Week 2- No spots for 1st grade 

Week 4 - No spots for 1st grade

Week 6 - No spots K and 1st grade

Week 7 - No spots for 3rd and 4th grade

Week 8 - No spots for 1st grade

*Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Please complete this application.

**Scholarships are also available, thanks to funding from the Agnes Lindsay Trust and the Darlene J. Rae Scholarship fund. Please inquire at the Club for more information.

Dates: June 21 – August 19 (subject to change based on school calendar)

What: The Summer Fun Program is  designed to provide quality childcare to children in grades K-8 during out of school time.  The program is licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) and follows EEC regulations (EEC license #90013643).  The program is run by professional youth workers trained in youth development and education.  A wide range of activities are implemented to foster a child’s physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development.  Children participating in the programs are exposed to a variety of activities that are age appropriate.  

Times: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Ages: 6-13.  Five year olds may participate if they have completed Kindergarten

Activities: Arts & crafts, STEM, computers/technology, theme weeks, special events, gym, fields, splash pad, swimming, gameroom, Beam interactive gaming, playground, and more!  

Cost: $185 per week. Families can choose the number of weeks they wish to register for.

What children will need to bring to attend camp daily:

  • Sneakers 
  • Water bottles
  • A lunch with 2-3 snacks
  • Bathing suit & towel
  • Sunscreen (apply before camp, we cannot apply sunscreen on children)
  • Coastguard approved Life Vest, if needed

General Registration: Begins May 16th

  • All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable

Registration Policy: Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis via an online portal. In addition to completing the online registration form, there will be supplemental documents/forms that will be available on our website for review and acknowledgement.  If Direct debit payments will need to be set up, that information will need to be provided at registration.  Registration details and timeline for each program will be updated on our website.

  • Limited spots are available for each program.
  • If upon registration, the Club has reached its capacity, you will be placed on a waiting list.
  • No child will be permitted to start in the program until registration is complete, all supporting documentation have been provided, and payment has been arranged.

Individual Health Care Plans:  If your child has a chronic medical condition which has been diagnosed by a licensed health care provided, you must get and Individual Health Care Plan signed by your child’s physician before they can start the program.  The link to the form is below.

Medication Consent:  If you child will need to take medication while they are at the program the club must have a medication consent form that has been completed by a health care provider on file.  This includes epipens and inhalers.  The link for the medication consent form is below.
