Summer FUN Program 2025

Dates: June 23rd - August 15th

What: The Summer Fun Program is designed to provide quality childcare to children in grades K-8 during out of school time. The program is licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) and follows EEC regulations (EEC program #170913). The program is run by professional youth workers trained in youth development and education. A wide range of activities are implemented to foster a child’s physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development. Children participating in the programs are exposed to a variety of activities that are age appropriate.

Times: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Ages: 5-13.  Five-year-olds may participate if they have completed Kindergarten.

Activities: Arts & crafts, STEM projects, computers & technology, eGaming, themed weeks, special events, gym, fields, splash pad, swimming, gameroom, playground, and more!

Cost: $195 per week per child. Families can choose the number of weeks they wish to register for.

What children will need to bring to attend camp daily:

  • Sneakers 
  • Water bottles
  • A lunch with 2-3 snacks
  • Bathing suit & towel
  • Sunscreen (apply before camp, we cannot apply sunscreen on children)
  • Coastguard approved Life Vest, if needed

Registration Policy:  Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis via an online portal. In addition to completing the online registration form, there will be supplemental documents/forms that will be available on our website for review and acknowledgement. Direct debit payments will need to be set up, that information will need to be provided at registration. 

  • Limited spots are available.
  • If upon registration, the Club has reached its capacity, you will be placed on a waiting list.
  • No child will be permitted to start in the program until registration is complete, all supporting documentation have been provided, and payment has been arranged.

*All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable*

Payment Policy: Balance per week will be direct debited 24 days before the week attending. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $40 per week is required at the time of registration to secure your child's spot for Summer Fun. If you choose to cancel a scheduled week, you must provide notice at least 26 days before the first day of that week. If canceled within this timeframe, you will not be responsible for the remaining fees; however, the $40 per week deposit will not be refunded. Holiday Closures: Friday, July 4th Independence Day                        

Individual Health Care Plans: If your child has a chronic medical condition which has been diagnosed by a licensed health care provided, you must get an Individual Health Care Plan signed by your child’s physician before they can start the program. The link to the form is below.

Medication Consent: If your child will need to take medication while they are at the program, the
Club must have a medication consent form on file that has been completed by a health care provider
on file. This includes epipens and inhalers. The link for the medication consent form is below
