General Camp Info

Group Assignments

Children will be grouped based on the grade they completed.

Immunization Records

An updated copy of your child(ren's) immunization records is due at the time of registration. Immunization records from Summer Camp 2016 will not be available.

Swimming Lessons

Each camp group receives swim lessons at least twice weekly. Campers are taught by our Red Cross swim instructors with an emphasis on teaching to the individual. Campers may be excused from swim lessons for a period of time if a signed doctor's note is presented to the Camp Director.

Talented Camp Staff

Our camp staff is made up of a combination of full time professional staff and part time staff. Our full time staff brings with them over 40 years of combined camping experience. All staff are trained in First Aid and CPR. All aquatics staff are certified lifeguards and/or water safety instructors.

Camp T-Shirts

Everyone will receive a camp t-shirt at the time of registration. These shirts are to be worn when campers are on field trips or special events out of the building. Additional camp t-shirts may be purchased during the summer at an additional cost.

Being Prepared

Campers are required to supply their own lunches, snacks, drinks, bathing suits, and towels each day that they attend camp. For your convenience, The Club does have vending machines that supply snacks and water. This is available to campers after lunch. Campers in groups 1- 4 can request that the office holds their snack money in the group money box each day.
